Step up to the operating table and test your abilities as a surgeon by performing inch perfect operations with the Wii Remote and Nunchuk. Feel the pressure rising as your patient’s pulse drops, and immerse yourself in a dramatic storyline outside of the emergency room.

Trauma Center: Second Opinion calls on you to make life saving operations on patients by using the Wii Remote and Nunchuk as if they were the essential tools you would find beside you on the operating table. The Nunchuk is used to pick which particular surgical instrument you want to use, and then the Wii Remote allows you to actually work with it. The unique capabilities of the Wii Remote mean that an action such as stitching up a wound is performed by making a zig-zag motion whilst pointing the remote at the screen. Learning the ropes at Hope Hospital, you’ll have to gradually master using over a dozen different instruments to become a top surgeon.

The tension of performing every operation is increased thanks to the rumble feature built into the Wii Remote. You’ll feel the remote vibrating if you make a wrong move, or jolting as you desperately try to revive your patient’s pulse by using the defibrillator pads. You can even pass the Nunchuk to a friend and let them select your surgical tools for you while you perform an operation!

As well as all the drama that unfolds inside the operating room, the storyline in Trauma Center: Second Opinion will make you feel like the star of your very own medical drama. Once you master the necessary operating skills you’ll find yourself working for a secret organisation that specialises in fighting seemingly incurable illnesses. You can even get your teeth into another great storyline by playing as a second Doctor character. |
Trauma Center: Second Opinion puts you on the frontline of the medical profession. When the pressure is on, will you have the skill to save your patient?
